Our team is here to welcome you to the studio — Team Reformery are some of the most passionate and talented instructors in Rochester.

The Rochester studio has two separate rooms for mat and reformer classes. reformer studio is equipped with 10 custom-made reformers and a variety of props. The mat studio is a separate room featuring infrared heated panels, mats and props. Most classes are HOT using infrared heat set to 90 degrees, except for Renew and Mat x Lift, which are warm at 80 degrees.
